Brett worked in the Banking industry out of college, including stints in Wachovia Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking team and Bank of Montreal’s Special Account Management Unit (SAMU) prior to transitioning into the Commercial Real Estate Capital Market Intermediary industry in 2015.

Elliott manages an affordable and workforce housing investment company focused on the Sunbelt and Mid-Atlantic markets. He began his career as an investment sales broker and later moved in-house to a prominent affordable housing development firm, before striking out on his own. Eric also connects capital with opportunities through Village Square Partners, a hospitality operating company, and Automatic, a business development platform for commercial real estate owners.
