Elliott manages an affordable and workforce housing investment company focused on the Sunbelt and Mid-Atlantic markets. He began his career as an investment sales broker and later moved in-house to a prominent affordable housing development firm, before striking out on his own. He has experience with a variety of complex and highly regulated affordable housing programs including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 8, Section 202, Section 236, HOME, CDBG, NHTF, and all manner of subordinate debt.


In four years, his company has grown to ~4,000 units and more than $350,000,000 in equity under management.
